Tiramisu

3 egg yolks
1/3 cup icing sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
250 gm mascarpone cheese
24 ladyfingers/spongefingers
1 cup coffee (Nescafe works)
Unsweetened cocoa powder
Cadbury Velvet
      

Beat yolks with sugar and vanilla until smooth and light yellow. Fold mascarpone into yolk mixture. Set aside.

Soak spongefingers in coffee and arrange 6 of them in the bottom of a dish(whatever, I dunno what size, something similar to Sara Lee pound cake packaging).  Make sure the spongefingers are not too soggy. Spread half the mascarpone mixture over the spongefingers. Repeat with remaining spongefingers and mascarpone. Cover and chill 1 hour. Sprinkle with cocoa and Cadbury Velvet .
